Magnolia Woods is a private venue facility in Huntersville, NC convenient to 485 and I-77, North of Charlotte.

Our venue offers the use of our Ballroom up to 225 guests, covered patio with waterfall, fireplace & dreamy market lights. A bridal suite and grooms’ room are available for getting ready or simply relaxing before the ceremony.

Our on-site caterer, Savory Moments, can oversee all food, beverage, and staff for your Wedding. We are licensed and insured for alcohol, beer & wine to be served through the event.

2023-2024 Saturday Wedding Prices

Saturday rates are $5,500 for the Ballroom and Patio (4-hour event time) as well as “the Commons” and “Secret Garden” (for your Happy Hour) All includes "Full Access" to the venue on the wedding day for early setup and "getting ready". Ballroom includes tables, chairs, white or black linens, simple centerpiece, chargers, napkins & table runners

If you wish to have your ceremony on the Patio - there is an additional charge of $500 which includes an extra hour. A One-hour Rehearsal time is included on The Patio or Outside Ceremony Area. Rehearsal time is depended on booked events.

A 25% deposit of the room rental fee and a signed contract is due to save the date.
